LEVITTOWN, PA — A member of the U.S. Air Force is facing criminal charges after a 15-year-old girl from Bucks County was reported missing and later found at his home on Dover Air Force Base in Delaware, according to investigators. Falls Township police said the teen had been exchanging sexually explicit messages with Dylan Drake Williams, 27, of Thornton, Colorado, for months before she left her home.
Police said the girl’s parents reported her missing on Thursday, Aug. 20, after she slipped out a back window around 3:20 a.m. The family also found her cellphone at home and saw troubling Snapchat messages. With the parents’ permission, investigators searched the phone, identified Williams through his Snapchat account and began tracing where his cellphone was located.
Charges And Arrest
Falls Township police said Williams was taken into custody after the teen was located at his home on the base. Court records show he is charged with unlawful contact with a minor involving sexual offenses, unlawful contact with a minor involving corruption of minors with sexual contact, corruption of minors with a defendant age 18 or above, and unlawful contact with a minor involving corruption of minors.
Police said the case drew in several agencies, including the FBI, the U.S. Marshals, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Bucks County Detectives, Pennsylvania State Police, Dover Police, the U.S. Air Force and Dover Air Force Base. Court documents did not list an attorney for Williams, and he is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Messages Before The Search
Investigators said the communications between Williams and the girl began on June 13, 2026, through Snapchat. According to the criminal complaint, the two exchanged sexually explicit messages during June, July and August, with Williams continuing to press the teen online in the days before she disappeared.
Police said one message sent on Aug. 12 told the victim, “Tell me how bad you want kidnapped baby” by her “real bad daddy.” Investigators also said that on Aug. 19 Williams sent more explicit messages and then asked her to block him and leave her phone at home while they discussed when he would pick her up and how she could pack a bag and sneak out.
What Happens Next
Police said Dover officers contacted Williams after cellphone pings pointed investigators to Dover Air Force Base, and he admitted the teen was at his home. The girl was then found there on Thursday, Aug. 20. Officials did not release details about her condition beyond saying she was found, and the complaint does not say how long she remained away from home.
Williams remains in custody while the case moves toward a preliminary hearing. Anyone seeking updates on the criminal case can check Falls Township Police, which led the local response, along with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Dover Police Department, which assisted after the search moved to Delaware.
